  • In A1, type Name a.
  • In A2, type Name b.
  • In A3, type Name c.
  • In A4, type Name d.
  • In A5, type Name e.
  • In B1, enter 100.
  • In B2, enter 10.
  • In B3, enter 12.
  • In B4, enter 20.
  • In B5, enter 200.
  • Select A1: B5.
  • Click the Chart Wizard option.

  • Enter 50 in the Second Plot which should have all Values Less Than box.
  • Choose the Data Labels tab.
  • Click the Category Name check box.
  • Choose the Series Name check box.
  • Choose the Percentage check box, then click OK.
  • Right-click a data label in the chart.
  • choose Format Data Labels.
